1. Accepting these terms
By using Accumulator Lab, you agree to these terms and our Privacy and Cookie Policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to view gambling-related information in the place where you are located.
2. What the service does
The beta lets you choose football selections and compare the estimated return for the same complete accumulator across connected bookmakers. We may also provide member accounts, virtual leaderboards and automated bet structure information.
Accumulator Lab does not recommend that you make a bet and does not assess whether a selection will win. Any “review”, score, warning or highlight describes the structure, price, coverage or available context of the selections. It is not personalised financial or gambling advice.
3. Odds, returns and bookmaker links
- Odds are time-sensitive snapshots supplied by third parties and can change, suspend or disappear without notice.
- Estimated returns are mathematical illustrations based on the stake and prices shown. They are not guaranteed returns.
- A bookmaker link may open its site or the first relevant fixture. It may not pre-build your complete bet. You must select and verify every leg, market, price, rule and restriction directly with the bookmaker.
- The bookmaker's displayed price and accepted bet slip always take priority over information shown by Accumulator Lab.
4. Member accounts and leaderboards
Keep access to your account secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity through your account. Published accumulators may show your display name or generated handle, selections and results to other users.
Leaderboards use a standard 10-unit virtual stake. They do not represent your real stake, wallet or bookmaker balance. We may correct settlement errors, void invalid entries, remove inappropriate titles, or suspend accounts that manipulate or abuse rankings.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the service if you are under 18;
- scrape, bulk-download, resell or redistribute odds, fixtures, site content or rankings without written permission;
- attempt to bypass access controls, overload the service, reverse engineer private systems or use automated requests that impair the beta;
- publish unlawful, misleading, abusive or rights-infringing content; or
- use the service to break any law or bookmaker terms.
6. Third parties, links and commercial relationships
Bookmakers, odds providers, authentication providers and support sites are independent third parties. We do not control their availability, prices, acceptance decisions, account restrictions or terms.
Some bookmaker links may become affiliate links. Where an affiliate link is used, Accumulator Lab may receive a commission without increasing the price you receive. Comparison ordering is intended to reflect the data displayed for your complete accumulator, not the commission available to us. Material commercial relationships will be disclosed where required.
7. Intellectual property and data rights
Accumulator Lab's brand, design, code, original copy and product features are protected by intellectual-property law. Third-party names, data and marks belong to their respective owners. Your right to use the beta is personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable.
8. Beta availability and liability
This is a beta service. We may change, pause, restrict or discontinue features and bookmaker coverage. We will use reasonable care in operating the service, but we cannot promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that third-party data will always be complete or current.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, Accumulator Lab is not responsible for betting losses, decisions made on a third-party site, missed prices, or indirect losses caused by relying on a price snapshot. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
9. Governing law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory rights in your home jurisdiction. We may update these terms as the beta develops; continued use after an update means the new terms apply from their stated date.
